Online training in writing an IEP.
This online training is available via California Services for Technical Assistance and Training (CalSTAT) and is specific to benchmarks related to CA content standards. But it’s also conveniently based on IDEA 2004 and deals with writing measurable goals and objectives, a skill quite central to writing effective IEPs.

IEP Manual
This manual of a recommended template for an IEP, developed by members of the State SELPA Association to address the legal requirements of IDEA, state law, and the State Performance Plan as appropriate. The manual describes what is filled in the IEP forms (e.g. Progress Reports: Document the date and the summary of the progress) and what information should be in the IEP. A very helpful tool when preparing for your IEP meeting.
