6th Annual Transition IEP Information Night for Parents and Caregivers

The PAUSD Special Education leadership team and the Palo Alto CAC for Special Education are providing an informational night for secondary and post-secondary transition planning and services for students with IEPs. There will be three breakout sessions for parents of students who will be entering 6th grade, 9th grade, and the post-secondary program for the 2025-2026 school year.

El equipo de liderazgo de Educación Especial de PAUSD y el CAC de Palo Alto para Educación Especial están brindando una noche informativa para la planificación y los servicios de transición a la secundaria y postsecundaria para estudiantes con IEP. Habrá tres sesiones de trabajo para padres de estudiantes que ingresarán al 6.º grado, 9.º grado y al programa postsecundario para el año escolar 2025-2026.Traducción al español disponible a pedido.
